Mr. G. S. Ramesh
Chairman
Mr. Ramesh’s 40-year professional journey is a remarkable story of grit, leadership, and impactful performance that has inspired the Indian HR industry. Known for his unique people-centric approach, he has driven excellence across multiple sectors, from his early success in HR and IR at TATA Coal Mines to his transformational role as Senior Vice President–HR at Hyundai Motor India, where he helped shape the company into a global benchmark. As the founder of Layam, his visionary leadership has positioned the organization as a true game changer in HR processes. Today, he continues to contribute as an advisor and board member to several growing companies across India.
Mr. Rohet Ramesh
Director
He holds a specialization in International Business from Bordeaux University, France, along with a Master’s degree in HR/Marketing and a Diploma in HR from XLRI. As the Director of Layam Group, Rohet has distinguished himself as an innovative and highly effective management professional known for his creative problem-solving. Since the company’s inception, he has efficiently overseen resources and operations, serving as a strong bridge between the Chairman and the team. Under his leadership, Layam has grown into a respected organization specializing in recruitment, staffing, learning and development, and manufacturing excellence. With his energy, focus on quality, and commitment to competitiveness, he has successfully led diverse teams to exceptional performance. His positive influence, motivational leadership, and never-say-die attitude continue to inspire employees across Layam Group to achieve their professional goals with discipline and consistency.

My career began with a clear motto: “Passion to Succeed” and “Making Things Happen.” I was fortunate to live this passion across the Coal, Steel, Cement, and Automotive sectors—experiences that strengthened my competence, conviction, and leadership. After 40 enriching years, this journey culminated in the creation of Radram Quality a part of Layam Group of Companies, built on a strong Vision and Mission:
